About the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Python expertise to help design and implement secure, large-scale infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge access and security technologies that empower organizations to manage distributed workforces more effectively. You’ll join a collaborative, high-energy team focused on building innovative online systems that solve real-world problems.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend and full-stack web applications, primarily using Django.Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers across the team to deliver high-quality features.Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from design to deployment.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.What We’re Looking For5+ years of professional engineering experience.Proven background scaling large systems in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Strong backend experience with Python (Django experience preferred).Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.Role DetailsLocation: Fully remote within the U.S. (West Coast preferred for occasional office visits, but open to all)Full-time positionTech StackPython, Django, GCP #J-18808-Ljbffr
