Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office three days per week on average. Position The Senior Commercial Field Analyst will support Acadia's commercial field teams within the Neuro Science franchise with strategic insights and data-driven recommendations. This role is critical in helping sales leadership to drive performance, identify opportunities within local geographies, optimize efforts, and support deployment strategies, including targeting and alignments, through advanced analytics and reporting. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, and other cross-functional teams to help shape commercial decisions. Primary Responsibilities Analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and sub-national market trends, to inform commercial sales leadership on strategy, tactics, and business planning activities Provide insights on territory performance, sales force effectiveness, and targeting optimization to support field force initiatives Collaborate across functions on strategic Omnichannel Campaigns and/or triggers, working closely with Field, Marketing, IT and advanced analytics Work with large datasets (e.g., internal HUB/SP, IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare, Komodo Health, internal VeevaCRM, claims data, etc.) to develop & enhance dashboards, KPIs, business reports, presentations and run ad-hoc analysis Collaborate with field leadership on the administration and execution of sales force deployment activities including processing territory alignments, targeting, and call-planning efforts Support Brand Planning and Business Reviews, by partnering with field leadership and Neuro Science Brand teams Conduct pre/post analysis of field initiatives, field activities, and local market dynamics to assess impact and ROI Presents analytical and insights to shape complex analysis aligned to business strategy into coherent PowerPoint slides, visuals and/or concepts Maintain data integrity and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, Sunshine Act) Support the implementation and enhancement of tools such as Veeva CRM, Power BI, and Sales IQ Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences or related field. Targeting 3 years of progressively responsible experience in analytics or business insights within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. Key Skills Strong analytical skills with experience working with pharmaceutical data sets (e.g., internal HUB/SP, IQVIA XPT/DDD, Longitudinal claims data, CRM, targeting). Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik. Working knowledge of sales operations, field force structure, marketing operations and/or commercial models in pharmaceuticals. Strong communication with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services. Familiarity with Veeva CRM, or similar tools. Experience in specialty or rare disease pharmaceutical markets is strongly desired. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance in healthcare analytics. Must be able to travel domestically on occasion. Physical Requirements This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. This position requires the ability to travel independently overnight and/or work after hours as required by travel schedules or business needs. #LI-SM1 #ELEV8 Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
