You will be primarily focused on supervising the New Accounts team that is responsible for all aspects of new account set up/conversion/maintenance and management of user access rights while maintaining the highest level of customer service standards and ensuring compliance requirements are met.What You’ll Do:Primary purpose of role is supervision. Directly supervise the staff responsible for processing new accounts, user setups, and access change requestsAllocate workload between onshore and offshore New Accounts teamsAssist with all personnel management, ensure appropriate wage and work hour laws are followed, and provide input to goal setting for the functional areaResponsible for timely follow-up and resolution on all outstanding issuesReview New Accounts’ processes and procedures periodically and supervise user access and account services audits to ensure complianceProvide ongoing coaching, training, counseling, and performance feedback with management consultation. Advocate for employees and communicates compensation changesMake strategic hiring recommendationsProvide regular status updates and reports to managerWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience4-6 years of directly related experience in a commercial banking services environment2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory roleExperience using banking platform systems, preferably with New Accounts experience and/or operations backgroundExperience using Fiserv DNA a plusSuccessful track record of executing day to day operational responsibilities, along with participating in, developing and completing projects in area of expertiseAble to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and qualityExcellent verbal, listening and written communicationProven customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume environment handling complex or difficult transactions.Self- motivated and results- orientedPay Range: $72,125.00 - $96,125.00 annualThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
