OverviewCLO & Private Credit Services started back in 2000. CLO & Private Credit Services staff of professionals provide trustee, calculation agent, collateral administration, custodial, loan administration and paying / transfer agent services on over 400 SPVs both domestically and throughout Europe / Asia. You would be responsible for the cash management, mutual fund investing, FX trades and non-USD wires, cash ledger reconciliations, and identification of uninvested cash for our CLO product.What We Offer YouA diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaborationA hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer daysEmployee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagementCompetitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefitsEducational resources, matching gift, and volunteer programsResponsibilitiesResponsible for the cash management, mutual fund investment, FX trades and non-USD wires, cash ledger reconciliations, and identification of uninvested cash for our CLO productIndependent handling of 4-6 deals, including deals with non-US currencies, which would include accurately setting up asset profiles in trust accounting / reporting system, journaling and reconciling daily cash and investment activityOversight of day-to-day operational / client service activities while monitoring controls such as review and reconciliation of overdrawn accounts and break reportsClosely work with account managers to ensure all client / bondholder queries and escalations are handled in a timely and accurate mannerProvide necessary guidance and work closely with the team members and account managers associated with various deal families. As required, monitor time sheets, mandatory training sessions, and red flags scenarios for contract workersSkills You’ll NeedProven experience in CLO industry: Cash Administration. Good understanding of structured credit productsExpertise in operating system: SOLVASExpertise in general accounting and financial reporting principlesCompetence in all MS Office products. Advanced MS Excel abilities - comfortable with complex formulas and modelling techniquesBA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics preferredSkills That Will Help You ExcelStrong written / verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsExpectationsIt is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana, California office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and / or religion.The salary range for this position in California is $80,000 to $130,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
