Superintendent Commercial construction

The Superintendent’s primary role will be to supervise all phases of construction, from ground-breaking through project close-out.Candidate must show strong leadership and organizational skills, have the ability and knowledge to maintain the highest safety standards, and capable of efficiently managing field and inter-office relationships.What you’ll be responsible for –Knowledge of building requirements, as well as experience with construction methods, technology, equipment, and work procedures.We are looking for someone who is organized, pro-active, able to adapt to a fast moving environment, and eager to be part of an employee focused, high energy and upbeat team.What you’ll need -On-site construction superintendent experience with medium to large size Commercial General ContractorMust be able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specificationsKnowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA certification a plus but not required)Proficiency with Procore construction project management software preferred but not requiredProficiency with industry practices, processes and standardsStrong verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate with clientsStrong organization skills, capable of managing multiple projectsMust be able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specificationsMust possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationProfessional and courteous demeanor and ability to interact with clientsBilingual (Spanish) a plus but not requiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
