This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability while overseeing and managing the operations of our Sales department.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales.Hire, train and develop a team of Automotive Sales Consultants.Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.QualificationsRequired: 5+ years of Automotive F&I/Sales Management (Honda experience strongly preferred)Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and complianceExceptional customer service and communication skillsHigh-energy, results-driven attitude with strong leadership and coaching skillsProficiency in F&I processes and CDK/eLeads softwareValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordYou must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson LicenseCompensationThe estimated annual earnings for this position are $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision PlansShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Holidays & Paid Time OffPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance PlanPaid TrainingHiring Requirements18 years or older requiredAll potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
