OverviewVice President of Construction needed for Denver Multifamily MarketThis Jobot Job is hosted by: Alex Hall. Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year. This is an executive-level role that will oversee all aspects of construction operations for Denver-based regional multifamily projects and report directly to the President of Construction. The role involves leadership across preconstruction, execution, and turnover for high-density residential developments.Why join usBase salary of $250,000 – $300,000, plus annual bonusComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and other insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO policy (vacation, sick time, and holidays)Career advancement opportunities within a dynamic and growing organizationPartner with a leading multifamily developer to drive strategic growth in a highly active real estate market.Job DetailsWhat You’ll DoOversee both in-house construction teams and third-party general contractors across multiple projectsLead preconstruction planning, value engineering, subcontractor negotiations, and cost control initiativesMaintain direct accountability for project budgets, schedules, risk management, and quality assuranceInterface with development, design, and property management teams to ensure seamless coordination from start to turnoverRecruit and manage regional operations staff and oversee team performance, development, and structureLead executive-level reporting, forecasting, and P&L oversight for the region’s construction divisionFoster long-term relationships with external partners, including consultants, lenders, and vendorsChampion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with internal policies and all regulatory requirementsServe as the go-to executive for emergency response and crisis management across construction operationsWhat You Bring15+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on high-density multifamily or mixed-use developmentProven leadership in overseeing multiple large-scale projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and value engineeringPrior experience with regional P&L responsibility and team managementBachelor’s or advanced degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (or equivalent experience)Exceptional communication, executive presence, and the ability to lead cross-functional teamsInterested in hearing more?
