Join us as a Senior Sales Engineer to help propel business forward.Overview: As a member of the APJ Sales Engineering team, you will partner with our South Asia sales team to deliver technical and product expertise that accelerates revenue growth and supports strategic business objectives. In this role, you will engage in deep technical discussions with customers and partners, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of Progress technologies across application delivery, observability, and secure file transfer.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partners at all levels, fostering collaboration and driving regular business and opportunity reviews.Act as the technical owner for partner accounts, increasing mindshare and enabling partner teams to drive adoption of Progress solutions.Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate partner requests, identify opportunities for joint engagement, and provide actionable solutions.Lead strategic partner enablement initiatives for new solution use cases, equipping partners with technical knowledge and resources.Represent Progress at industry events, customer briefings, and partner workshops, showcasing our technology leadership.Serve as a trusted advisor by conducting customer and partner value workshops, delivering technical presentations, and guiding solution design.Actively contribute to the global channel ecosystem by aligning with Progress' partner program and collaborating with global channel operations.Your background (Qualifications)5-10 years of IT experience in presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering, preferably in solution-oriented, high-value enterprise technology companies.Minimum 5 years of experience in channel account management or partner-facing technical roles.Strong technical knowledge of:Application DeliveryNetwork & Security ObservabilityManaged File Transfer SolutionsExcellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.Preferred:Hands-on expertise with at least one load balancer technology (e.g., F5, Citrix, A10, Radware, etc.).Familiarity with Flow technology and/or Network & Application Performance Monitoring (NPM, NDR, APM).Track record of delivering technical enablement, managing complex partner engagements, and meeting tight deadlines with confidence and energy.Experience in engaging customers or partners outside India would be a plus.Travel RequirementsOccasional travel across the South Asia region to support customer and partner engagements.What we offerCompensationCompetitive remuneration packageEmployee Stock Purchase Plan EnrolmentVacation, Family, and Health30 days of earned leaveAn extra day off for your birthdayVarious other leaves like marriage leave, casual leave, maternity, and paternity leavePremium Group Medical Insurance for employees and five dependents, personal accident insurance coverage, life insurance coverageProfessional development reimbursementInterest subsidy on loans - either vehicle or personal loansHealth club reimbursementApply now!
