(Competencies: Develop Oneself, Adaptability)Customer Focus Builds and maintains customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization through skills demonstrated in communication, personalization of interaction, regulation of emotions, and proactive problem solving.REQUIREMENTSEducation Required: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related fieldPreferred Education: Master's Degree Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related field.Certification Required: CPR; and certified in ONE of the following: ARRt Sonography (ARRT-S); Breast Sonography (ARRT-BS); Vascular Sonography (ARRT-VS); Cardiovascular Credentialing International - Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI-RVS); or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).Preferred Certification: RDMS through ARDMS (AB, OB/GYN, or RVT) or Sonography (S) or Vascular (VS) through ARRTExperience: 10 years imaging clinical operations experience to include five years in a management rolePreferred Experience: 8 years imaging clinical operations experience to include five years in a management role, with preferred Master's degree.Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.This position may be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of critical infrastructure, as defined in Section 113.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code and therefore may require routine reviews and screening.
