Apply via Dice today!OverviewKforce has a client that is seeking a Principal IT Strategy Consultant in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic initiatives that align with enterprise business objectives, driving continuous innovation and organizational excellenceProvide specialized advisory services through comprehensive analysis of 400+ applications spanning homegrown and COTS solutions, delivering actionable recommendations that enhance business capabilitiesConduct in-depth evaluations across diverse platforms including AWS, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Unix, Windows, and mainframe systems to develop strategic recommendations for mission-critical through non-critical applicationsCreate current and future state process flows that clearly link business capabilities, products, and operations, enabling comprehensive understanding of how technology solutions integrate with business processes and drive organizational outcomesPartner with Subject Matter Experts and existing teams to ensure solutions are contextually relevant and effectively implemented across diverse technology stacksEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure success, demonstrating tangible business value through advanced analytics and continuous improvement frameworksIdentify process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency across web-based, client-server, cloud, and on-premises environmentsProvide technical leadership in architecture decisions, solution design, and technology roadmap development to support business objectivesEvaluate and recommend adoption of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring business units remain at the forefront of industry innovationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field5-8 years of experience in IT consulting, technology advisory, or strategic business rolesFull stack engineering expertise and large-scale product delivery experienceExperience working with Power Delivery, Marketing and Communications, or Customer Service business functionsProcess engineering and mapping skillsPower BI and advanced analytics expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven track record in strategic advisory servicesExcellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in relevant fieldSix Sigma Black Belt certificationSAFe, PMP, or other project management certificationsExperience with utility industry systems and Smart Grid technologiesKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
