Hard Work—with a Light Heart.ResponsibilitiesConduct face-to-face meetings with clients, whether at the office or detention centers, to assess their legal requirements and develop an optimal case strategy.Supervise a diverse caseload that covers misdemeanors and felonies, managing each case from inception to resolution.Attend hearings and trials conducted in state courts located in Northern Virginia to represent clients effectively.Support clients by preparing, filing, and presenting legal documents such as court motions and memoranda to state judges in Northern Virginia.QualificationsLicensed to Practice Law in VirginiaA minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense is preferred, which should include handling felony cases and conducting jury pensation$115,000+ annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
