We are looking for a Senior Analytics Solutions Consultant to design and build reporting experiences that transform how our clients work. This role involves owning the full journey — from understanding users and imagining solutions, to building data models and bringing them to life, to guiding clients through adoption and change.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign for PeopleLead user interviews and workshops to uncover goals, pain points, and workflowsApply design thinking to translate user stories into innovative analytics conceptsBuild wireframes, mockups, or prototypes that illustrate intuitive user experiencesBuild the SolutionDesign and develop data models, schemas, and viewsBuild clean, performant dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics)Transform raw datasets into actionable, accurate, and reliable reporting assetsGuide users through a UAT process and iterate on feedback to deliver polished solutionsLead Clients to SuccessFacilitate discovery sessions and identify KPIs and success metricsManage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for your workstreamTrain client developers and end users on new tools and reporting solutionsPresent technical concepts in plain language to non-technical audiencesRequired Skills3+ years of experience building dashboards in a leading BI toolStrong SQL skills or proficiency in a data-centric language (Python or R)Proven experience designing data models and architecting analytics solutionsExcellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skillsAbility to operate independently in a consulting or fast-paced environmentDesired SkillsExperience building specifically in Salesforce CRM AnalyticsBackground in the higher education or nonprofit advancement sectorFamiliarity with ETL/integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica)Exposure to UX or product design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Lucidchart)Additional InformationAttain Partners values your health and wellbeing. Base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 and is commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
