This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while handling a full caseload of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator who is confident in court and committed to client advocacy.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts across GeorgiaHandle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trialConduct legal research and draft legal documentsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and court personnelDevelop and execute legal strategies for each caseAttend virtual and in-person court appearances as requiredCollaborate with support staff and other attorneys within the firmRequirementsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive license and good standing with the Georgia State BarMinimum of 3 years’ experience in civil litigation and/or trial practiceProven courtroom and trial experienceStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsSelf-motivated with excellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage a remote workload effectively and independentlyComfortable using virtual meeting platforms and case management softwarePreferred QualificationsExperience in personal injury, insurance defense, or commercial litigationFamiliarity with Georgia court procedures and judgesTo apply: #J-18808-Ljbffr
