Join FMG today.OverviewAs Operations Director, you’ll be the central driver of execution and alignment across the business. You’ll turn strategy into action, keep the company running smoothly day-to-day, and design the systems that scale with us. This role is both highly strategic and hands-on: part business architect, part air traffic controller, and part force multiplier for the executive team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational EfficiencyAnticipate growth bottlenecks and propose strategic solutionsOwn and evolve our operating system (cadence, tools, rhythms)Assist in budget planning and reconciliationBuild and document scalable processes that reduce friction and enable growthConduct regular audits of software, vendors, and tools to optimize spend and efficiencyDrive AI adoption and fluency across teamsPlanning & ExecutionDrive quarterly and annual planning, including OKR setting, reporting, and alignmentManage cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are clearProvide leadership visibility into progress, risks, and blockersPartner with execs to align operational goals with company strategy and long-term growthCollaboration & CommunicationFacilitate cross-team coordination and information flowOversee company calendar, internal meetings, and offsite logisticsSupport internal communications (prep materials, consolidate updates)Serve as the connective tissue across functionsQualifications7–10 years of operations, strategy, or related leadership experience in a scaling companyOKR management experienceProven ability to design and optimize processes that enable growthStrong project management and change management skillsFinancial acumen across budgeting, vendor contracts, and reconciliationsComfortable working at both 10,000 ft and ground level — strategic and executionalExcellent communicator and relationship-builder across all functionsGrowth mindset: embraces experimentation, new tools, and the evolving role of AI in operationsBenefitsRemote companyCompetitive salaryEquityComprehensive health, dental, vision and disability insurance along with a 401k matching plan.
