Headquartered in San Francisco and founded in 2014, Tubi is part of Tubi Media Group, a division of Fox Corporation.About the roleWe are looking for a Director of Product, Core Experience to lead a team that will own the user experience of our app across all platforms, as well as the distribution of Tubi to new platforms. Success will include transforming the content discovery experience on all app surfaces, evolving our information architecture, unlocking strategic partnerships with distribution partners, and ensuring our app and video playback meet high performance this product leadership role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, sales, and marketing to translate complex challenges into actionable product strategies that will fuel Tubi’s growth.Your responsibilitiesContribute to the growth and development of the PM discipline at TubiDevelop and execute the TV experience roadmap for growth-oriented feature development, in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing and analyticsEnsure seamless integration and distribution of Tubi’s services with new and existing third party platform partnersDevelop extensible capabilities that enable Tubi to scale across multiple content types, including live TV and creator contentGuide the player interface and playback quality metrics to ensure users have a seamless viewing experienceDrive growth in viewer adoption and engagement using data-driven product experimentsUnderstand blockers and develop creative experiments and solutions to overcome themBe accountable for achieving company-level growth objectivesYour background8+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing product (entertainment-focused products and/or frontend UX experience preferred)4+ years of experience leading and managing product teamsDemonstrated experience driving product decisions based on data and performance insightsAbility to dive into complex technical challenges, particularly those involving video delivery and user interactionExperience working cross-functionally with design, data, sales and marketing teams to accelerate growthStrong experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps in high-growth environments, with a clear ability to work with and influence senior executivesCalifornia, New York City, Westchester County, NY, and Seattle, WA$243,700 - $348,100 USDPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
