Director of Digital – .com & App Production

Location: Dallas **DirectorofDigital**to lead account management and production workflows for the AT&T/1876 .com and mobile app initiatives. Reporting directly to the HeadofStudio, this role requires a seasoned leader who can navigate enterprise-level structures, manage large-scaledigitalprograms from concept through launch, and bring clarity to complex workflows. 1876 is seeking a senior-level This is a high-accountability role for a self-starter who thrives in deadline-driven environments, can manage ambiguity with ease, and confidently manages up, across, and through teams to deliver results. Workflow Tools Oversight: Bring a working knowledgeofWorkfront and Figma to oversee teams using these tools, ensuring effective integrationof creative and operational workflows. Team Leadership: Experience mentor and coaching large enterprise teams of 20+ members, driving performance, growth, and accountability. Successfully managed nearshore and offshore teams to improve efficiencies. Core competencies & requirementsExperience overseeing .com and/or mobile app initiatives end-to-end. Familiarity with Workfront or other project management software, Figma, and the Adobe suite of apps — able to manage teams using them and understand how workflows connect.Experience in retail, telecom, or other complex, high-volume industries preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills across all levelsofa traditional hierarchical organization.
