Site Reliability Engineering - CI/CD DevOps

About the roleThe DevOps Engineer will be leading the adoption of DevOps practices, fostering seamless collaboration between development and operations to enable the rapid and reliable delivery of high-quality software.The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines and platform automation while actively promoting cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.Embedded within a CI/CD team, this role is instrumental in advancing Agile transformation by enhancing tooling, workflows, and processes that support iterative delivery. He will have the opportunity to work with several team and projects both nationally and internationally.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and maintain Ci/CD pipelines using multiple tools.Automate build, test, and deployment processes.Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure visibility into pipeline health and deployment outcomes.What are we looking for?3–5 years of practical experience in CI/CD and DevOps tooling.Preferred: GitHub, Jenkins.Nice to have: petent in Ansible and/or Python.Expertise with Kubernetes.Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch).Nice to have:Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud platforms such as Kubernetes, AWS, and Google Cloud.Personal traitsFluent in English both verbal and written.Experience and ability to engage directly with clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.Self-motivated and ability to adapt in a demanding multicultural environment.Able to work with shifting priorities.At Celfocus, we are committed to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
