CFO

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client’s team. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a seasoned financial executive who excels in driving financial strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust financial management.Responsibilities:Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accurate and actionable financial information.Ensure the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Manage audits and regulatory compliance.Identify, assess, and manage financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets and financial health.Implement and enhance financial controls, systems, and processes to improve operational efficiency and financial accuracy.Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Communicate financial performance and strategy effectively.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.10+ years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.Previous experience working in Real EstateProven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and risk management.Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
