Our client, a fast growing Construction Contractor that specializes in Restoration Services, has an immediate opening for a Vice President to run the Charlotte, NC area operation.The Vice President is responsible for managing all branch office operations including business development, customer relationships, project management and administration.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales and Business DevelopmentMeet or exceed annual sales and profitability goalsGenerate new business opportunities by identify and fostering professional trade partner relationships/referral channels as follows:Focus: insurance, property management, commercial, redevelopment and end usersFocus: direct insurance repair programs, large loss adjusters, and claim managersMeet or exceed Business Development activities via calls, email, and networking through membership in trade associations, and other meansManagement and Human ResourcesResponsible for supporting recruiting efforts by identifying and attracting top talentEnsure employee development and retention by coaching, training and mentoring team membersImplement, in partnership with Human Resources, new hire orientation and performance management planningTime keeping and payroll managementOperationsAcquire, maintain, and protect company assetsEnsure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction are achieved per goalEnsure proper project management practices are followedManage weekly production and WIP reportsManage overall regional budget and expensesEnsure usage and compliance with electronic file manager systemFollow and implement Federal, State, and local employment lawsFollow and implement Federal, State, and local laws including OSHA, IICRC, MSDS sheets, safetyManage accounts receivables per company goalsManage accounts payables per company goalsQualifications5+ years insurance restoration experience required3+ years management experience requiredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field requiredStrong business development experience with a proven track record of successAbility to communicate effectively with clients, internal and external contacts throughout the project management processMust be able to attend Business Development networking functions 2-4 evenings a weekMust be able to travel in response to both emergency and non-emergency losses across the nationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms such as LinkedInValid driver's licenseFor consideration submit resume to here to apply online #J-18808-Ljbffr
