OverviewOpportunity Overview: CORTEK seeks a highly qualified Intelligence Systems Special Staff Officer (SSO) to serve as Key Personnel supporting Army Intelligence, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Cyber modernization efforts. This role requires military intelligence experience across tactical, operational, strategic, and national levels, and the ability to lead and synchronize working groups for high-level Army planning and decision forums.Duties/ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readinessIdentify root causes of Equipment on Hand (EOH) un-readiness and systemic shortages using ARMS dataPerform monthly trend analysis and coordinate findings with ACOMs, G-4, and AMCSupport efforts to increase S-Level Unit Readiness by resolving excess equipment imbalancesPrepare and support monthly readiness updates for Army and DCS G-8 leadershipAssemble briefing books and assist in meeting executionReview policies and regulations related to DCS G-8 equipping equities and recommend editsAnalyze interoperability of capabilities across modernization levelsPrepare senior leaders for Strategic Readiness Tenet discussionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business or EngineeringMinimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related dutiesExperience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component CommandsStrong analytical and coordination skills in readiness and logistics environmentsPreferred Skills & ExpertiseInterdisciplinary knowledge of:Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)DoD acquisition processes (DoDI 5000.2)Materiel and force structure requirements development and validation (JCIDS)Experience applying force development across DOTMLPF-P domains in fiscally constrained environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Highly Preferred Qualifications, Certifications, and TrainingHow the Army Runs (HTAR) CourseRQM 1010 / CLR 101: Introduction to JCIDSRQM 1100 / RQM 110: Core Concepts for Requirements Management / CDCRQM 3100 / RQM 310: Advanced Concepts and SkillsCLR 151: Analysis of AlternativesRQM 2500 / CLR 250: Capabilities-Based AssessmentsRQM 2520 / CLR 252: Developing Performance AttributesBenefitsHealth, Vision, Dental InsuranceLife & Disability CoveragePaid Holidays & PTO401(k) with Company MatchProfessional Development SupportClearance: An Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
