Read on.ResponsibilitiesDay to day, that looks something like this:Delivering high-quality Retail Media planning for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how digital marketing can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goalsOwn retail media budget management via flowchart document. Ensure accuracy of flowchart document, lead monthly actualizations & stewardship of document with clientsHelp lead yearly annual planning for retail media for clients, with ability to apply client business objectives to Commerce media across several brands and categoriesCollaborating with the media activation team to ensure synergies across planning & executionReview and share feedback on media plans to ensure accuracy of dollarsOwn Managed Service relationships with retailers with support from activation teamManage and track day to day client requests, own timelines, and delegate to activation team members as necessaryDevelop an understanding of how commerce can drive our client’s business and size opportunitiesTrack & manage budgets, retailer spend, etc., and partner with the Commerce analytics team deliver reporting to clientsPerform thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendationsOversee budgeting process and performance evaluations to optimize resources and talent developmentGenerate, share and track RFP with RMN rep in partnership with the internal and client teamCommunicate with client on IO and PO updates or changesQualificationsA four-year college education and 2+ years of media planning and/or buying experience, with a focus Retail Media DisplayStrong organization skills and ability to enforce team upholding of timelines and milestonesStrong familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of retail media planning and buying process (multi-channel knowledge across search and display)Experience working with key retailers either in a self-service or managed service Display capability across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Criteo, etc.Project management experience and ability to multitask; meticulous organizationUnderstanding and experience with campaign automation tools preferred (i.e. Pacvue)Exceptional communication skills – you’re skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed media strategies and recommendationsAn analytical mindset with an ability to pull insights from multiple, large data setsA strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, developing, encouraging and inspiring them to growWillingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideasAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva LaDifférence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
