Accounting Manager

DYNAMIC AND GROWING REAL ESTATE COMPANYSEEKING ACCOUNTING MANAGER$125K-$145K Plus Bonus!Senior Management is seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for:-Full-cycle accounting of portfolio, including financial statements, general ledger, cash flow projections and review of job cost reports-Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and budgeting and expense management processes. Establish corporate budget and P&L variance review.-Review asset level financial statements, assist asset management.-Work with third party property management and asset management.-Oversee disposed assets and work with asset management to close out accounting and final tax package.-Review contribution and distribution calculations.-Work with project management and asset management to ensure draws are submitted in a timely manner.-Review CAM and Tax and Insurance reconciliations.-Tax familiarity with 1031 exchanges, TIC, K-1's and real estate partnerships, waterfalls, etc...-Review monthly and quarterly updates.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related. 5+ years of experience.
