Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.Financial Management – Responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital planning. Manage, monitor and optimize revenue streams.Set the Tone – Lead by example.
