Tax Senior Manager - Tax Director (Alternative Investments) Deep understanding of filing requirements related to alternative investment and/or registered investment companies (RICs) Partnership taxation to ensure completeness and accuracy of tax compliance and reporting Knowledge of key tax issues associated with alternative investment firms, including tax positions referenced by service providers and the impact of legislative and regulatory changes Required Background and Skills: Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; Master’s or LLM a plus CPA or Bar admission 8+ years of tax-related experience (prior Big-4 firm experience preferred) Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with leadership and outside partners Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with service providers, team members, and other stakeholders Exceptional Excel skills Ability to collaborate with departments such as Finance and Legal Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously Interest in improving the tax function through strategic methodologies or automation tools to enhance efficiencies Job Requirements Experience in Alternative Investments and Asset Management Note: This job posting is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
