Strategically positioned close to the factories and R&D teams in the United States, Netherlands, and China; Finance maintains short lines of communication with other functions, enabling a deep understanding of the stories behind the numbers. Regular visits to our high-tech factories for physical inspections further strengthen this connection.Our Finance team covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including financial administration, management accounting, statutory accounting, treasury, tax compliance, business control, and ESG. By managing all these activities within one team, we eliminate silos and reduce the risk of duplicate efforts.About the roleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Controller to join our fast-growing Finance team. In this role, you will contribute to our financial reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making. You will become part of the entrepreneurial team working on rapidly growing the US site and will have access to subject matter experts in the Netherlands. You will be the financial sparring partner for the US Management Team, accountable for the financial reporting to the HQ and identifying financial process improvements for all processes ranging from Sales through to Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to join our team!
