About Our Client We're seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead our U.S. HR function. This is a true generalist role with a strong emphasis on coaching, leadership development, and continuous improvement. You'll report directly to the Global VP of HR and manage a team of four, driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capabilities, and align HR strategy with business goals. Located in Marlborough, Mass - hybrid schedule, 3 days a week onsite. $150k-$180k (depending on experience) + bonus and great benefits. Job Description Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration. Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers and leaders across the organization. Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Champion initiatives that promote employee engagement, DEI, and organizational effectiveness. Drive change management and organizational development efforts. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and alignment across regions. Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically. Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. Bachelor's degree required; HR certification or advanced degree a plus.
