The role can also utilize our Wilmington, DE office for in-office workdays. Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Lead and manage a regional, multi-sourced Site Information Technology team supporting all IFF staff with technical issues, service requests, and projects requiring IT Touch Services.* Deliver excellent information technology customer service by preventing or resolving incidents and service requests quickly and effectively.* Oversee onboarding, training, development, and performance management of Site IT staff using Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT), and project metrics.* Balance team priorities across daily support, global IT initiatives, and local business projects.* Act as a key liaison between the global IT organization and regional business site management, ensuring alignment and effective communication.* Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between regional and global IT teams.* Drive continuous improvement in support processes and team development to meet evolving business and technology needs.* Maintain and annually update site support documentation to ensure continuity of service.* Manage and support global IT projects and guide team members assigned to project roles.* Oversee regional IT budgets (if applicable), stock levels, and procurement of IT equipment to meet operational and project demands.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Proficient in Service Level Management, Incident Management, Problem Solving, and Change Management.* Proven people management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.* Strong reporting, presentation, and analytical capabilities.* Technical expertise in end-user computing, client deployment, and configuration.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.* Experience managing virtual IT teams in large-scale environments with Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) technologies.* Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing contractors, outsourced teams, or internal IT staff in a multicultural setting.* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Manager certification.* Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) Practitioner or equivalent project management certification.* Experience leading small to large-scale IT projects in international environments.* Be part of a global company driving innovation in food, health, and sustainability.* Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture.* Access to continuous learning and development opportunities.* Competitive compensation and benefits package.* Opportunity to lead impactful projects across regions.* Join a team that values creativity, agility, and excellence.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
