Location: 4445 Eastgate Mall, Suite 200Job Id: 116# of Openings: 0Job Level:Must be able to achieve multiple objectives of this position. Requires some supervision to ensure tasks are accomplished properly and communication is adequate, timely, and appropriate (verbal, written, email, etc.).Experience:Consistently meets all objectives of this position. Provides mentoring and supervision to Level 1 positions.Lead:Highly experienced with a deep understanding of the systems installed and maintained. May act as a lead on complex projects and provide mentoring and supervision as needed.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Create Controls Program, Systems Database, and Graphical Interfaces for BAS systems.Test control programs.Document systems’ compliance with design specifications.Provide control drawings to engineering/drafting teams.Provide test documentation to customers.Identify and resolve potential project issues.Coordinate with subcontractors or internal teams to optimize installation value.Support ongoing service engineering and existing building systems.Review engineered submittals for scope, budget, and standards adherence.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma required; technical degree in Electronics preferred; degree in Electrical, Construction Management, or related fields is a plus.Technical experience such as military training or on-the-job training may meet requirements.Basic computer skills and ability to configure/debug BAS program logic.Experience with control systems like Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, Tridium, or Alerton is advantageous.Some BAS programming experience preferred.Ability to use electronic testing equipment and troubleshoot electrical/electronic circuitry.Understanding of AC power circuitry (120VAC and above).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to empathize and work through issues creatively to achieve customer and employee satisfaction.Essential Functions:Lift and carry ladders, drawings, computers, and materials.Spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites.Climb stairs or ladders multiple times daily.Maintain a valid driving record as per company policy.Kneel, stoop, and crawl as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
