What You’ll Do The AI/ML Solutions Architect designs and implements AI, ML, and GenAI solutions to address complex business challenges, covering the full development lifecycle—from requirements analysis and solution architecture to model development, deployment, and monitoring. This role focuses on building scalable, cost-effective architectures that translate business needs into innovative technical solutions. Key responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, staying current with emerging technologies, and driving innovation through technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication. Implement AI, ML, and GenAI best practices in governance, security, and ethics to ensure fairness and deliver measurable value. Core Contributions AI Use Case Opportunity Definition and Requirements - Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business value. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their pain points and developing a deep understanding of the business domain. The AI Solution Architect must translate business problems into technical requirements and identify the most suitable AI/ML solutions to address them. AI Solution Architecture - Design cost-effective, scalable AI/ML/GenAI architecture that meet business requirements and integrates with existing infrastructure. This includes selecting technologies, frameworks, and methodologies such as Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics, and Cortext AI for model development. The AI Solution Architect must ensure that the solution is secure, efficient, and aligns with the organization's technical strategy. Model Development and Deployment - Develop and deploy machine learning models using Cortext AI and other relevant technologies, ensuring seamless integration with business applications. This involves working with data scientists to develop predictive models, deploying them to production environments, and monitoring their performance. The AI Solution Architect must ensure that the models are accurate, reliable, and scalable. Technology Evaluation and Adoption - Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML/GenAI technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential for business innovation and value. This involves researching emerging technologies, such as quantum computing and hybrid AI models, and assessing their potential impact on the organization. The AI Solution Architect must be able to identify opportunities for innovation and recommend solutions that drive business value. AI Governance, Security, and Ethics - Implement AI/ML/GenAI governance, security, and ethics best practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards. This involves developing and enforcing policies and procedures for AI development and deployment, ensuring data privacy and security, and addressing issues like algorithmic bias and fairness. The AI Solution Architect must ensure that AI solutions are transparent, explainable, and align with organizational values. Solution Monitoring and Optimization - Monitor AI/ML solutions' performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs. This involves tracking KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to keep AI solutions accurate, efficient, and effective. MLOps: Model Deployment, Production, and Performance Monitoring - Deploy trained ML models to Snowflake-powered production environments, leveraging Cortext AI for monitoring performance metrics, detecting data drift, and ensuring robustness through automated testing. Technical Leadership - Provide technical expertise and leadership to cross-functional teams, guiding the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions. This involves mentoring team members, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that AI solutions align with organizational technical strategy. The AI Solution Architect must be able to build and lead high-performing teams and drive technical innovation. Business Innovation - Drive business innovation by identifying opportunities for AI/ML/GenAI solutions that can transform business processes and improve decision-making. This involves working with stakeholders to identify areas for innovation, developing business cases for AI solutions, and ensuring that AI solutions drive business value. Assets you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience. 15 plus years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, solution architecture, or similar field Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, AI, or a related technical field Data and AI Solution Design and Implementation: Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision. Data Architecture: Expertise in designing and implementing data architectures that support AI solutions, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance. Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using various frameworks and tools, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Gen AI and Latest Technologies: Experience with Gen AI and other latest technologies, including large language models, transfer learning, and explainable AI. Business Growth and Profitability: Proven experience in using AI solutions to drive business growth and increase profitability, including revenue growth, cost reduction, and process automation. Compliance and Risk Management: Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risk in AI solutions, including data privacy, security, and ethics. Knowledge of Following Skills Cloud Computing: Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of languages like Python, Java, or C# Machine Learning: Advanced Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience in developing models with supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning models. Implementation of use cases with Large Language Models (LLMs) like BERT, LLaMA, GPT, Claude, Gemini Vertex AI, PaLM, and OPT Data Science: Advanced knowledge of data science concepts, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation AI Platforms: Expertise with AI platforms like Snowflake Cortex AI or Gemini Vertex AI MLOps: Extensive knowledge of machine learning operations, including model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance Advanced SQL: Strong understanding of SQL and data querying DevOps Tools: Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins for infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines Data Engineering: Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes salary: 114,647 - 143,308 annually.
