This is a factory based role.**Key Responsibilities*** Act as the gatekeeper of the fault process, working closely with senior leadership to prioritise issues, assign ownership, implement containment actions, and approve resolutions.* Chair all fault-related meetings, ensuring clarity, accountability, and progress tracking.* Own and develop the fault Power BI dashboard in collaboration with IT.* Analyse fault data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.* Lead and arbitrate resource allocation for fault resolution across departments.* Ensure robust High-Level (HL) plans are developed and enforced for all relevant faults.* Present reliability updates for programmes and departments as required.**Who We Are Looking For*** Strong leadership and facilitation skills* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities* Experience with fault management systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)* Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment* Significant experience in F1 engineering and design.* Thorough understanding of Engineering first principles.* Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem solving.
