It is fast-paced, outreach-driven, and results-focused. You will be responsible for building relationships from the ground up through cold calls, emails, and proactive follow-ups, and managing clients. The position of the Account Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.* Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking* Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities* Develop leads through research, referrals, trade shows, directories, and industry events* Close new business and expand existing client relationships by identifying upsell opportunities* Educate clients on TransPerfect’s services, processes, pricing, and value proposition* Negotiate rates and deadlines while ensuring client needs and profitability are met* Collaborate with production teams to deliver high-quality service and results* Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support* Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and client needs* Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach and business development strategies* Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as neededWho We Are Looking For:Your experience includes:* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills* Bachelor's degree or equivalent* Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills* Strong interpersonal skills* Effective time managementThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our team, focusing on building strong client relationships and driving growth.
