We believe innovative digital health solutions can transform preventive care and improve health equity for at-risk populations.Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking family medicine physicians to serve as advisory board members for Fruit Street Health. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance on the clinical direction and implementation of our Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), with a focus on integrating it into primary care settings and population health initiatives.
