This role is pivotal in driving performance, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple commercial properties.Base pay range$90.00/yr - $110,000.00/yrWhat You’ll DoProvide strategic leadership and oversight of all property management operations.Develop and implement both short- and long-term strategic plans to enhance performance, tenant retention, and asset value.Oversee all financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, rent collections, CAM reconciliations, and capital expenditures.Lead tenant relations, lease administration, and negotiations to ensure strong occupancy and satisfaction.Manage vendor contracts, facilities, and maintenance to optimize operations and efficiency.Collaborate with brokers, legal counsel, and the property management team to maximize long-term portfolio value.Evaluate portfolio performance and adapt strategies to market conditions.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field; advanced certifications a plus.7–10+ years of senior property management experience within commercial real estate.Strong expertise in leasing, tenant relations, and asset optimization.Proficiency in Yardi property management software and financial analysis.Proven track record in strategic leadership, team development, and operational excellence.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ActOne Group by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
