Job Description Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr Responsibilities Minimum 5 to 9 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service and Omnichannel Orchestration Routing on Genesis Cloud CX. Functional and hands-on experience in the development of Voice and Nonvoice Chats, MS Email Bot, etc., application solutioning using Genesis Cloud CX Architect. Experience in implementing third-party integration like AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, Workday, and Chromodynamics etc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and well-established record of accomplishment in delivering customer interaction solutions across various interaction channels, IVR, web, Message Chat, SMS, social media, Genesee Agent Copilot, and Genesis AI features. Thorough understanding of Genesis Framework Integration with internal and external components, Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and a dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies, Deep knowledge of multiple self-service and speech recognition vendors' offerings, strengths, and weaknesses, including hands-on experience with products from leading vendors such as Amazon Genesis and Nuance. Knowledge of WFM Reporting and Analytics using the Genesis developer API. Experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms. Candidate must be a Genesis Cloud CX certified professional in one plus focused solution area, Inbound Outbound, multichannel Recording, Reporting, etc. Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, and global environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
