Job Details Job Title: Senior Employment Litigation Attorney - PAGA Specialist Location: Remote (California-based) Experience Level: 8+ Years Practice Area: Employment Law / Labor & Employment Litigation Compensation Range: $225,000 - $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience Responsibilities Lead and manage a caseload of PAGA and wage & hour litigation matters Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings (remote and in-person as needed) Provide strategic legal advice to clients on California Labor Code compliance Collaborate with a remote legal team, including associates and support staff Stay current with evolving labor laws and PAGA developments Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on PAGA Deep understanding of California wage & hour laws and class/representative action practice Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills Based in California with the ability to attend in-person proceedings as needed Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management Benefits & Work Environment Bonus potential and full benefits package included.
