Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr A global crypto venture firm specializing in ecosystem growth is seeking a Head of Crypto Capital Markets. The firm works with a portfolio of 90+ companies and aims to be the most founder-friendly and helpful source of capital. The team operates fully remotely with colleagues across North America, Europe, and Asia. This role reports to the General Partners and collaborates with the Investment Team. The firm seeks an exceptional relationship builder and capital markets leader to spearhead token launch activities internally and across the portfolio. This hands-on role focuses on go-to-market strategy, including market maker negotiations, exchange partnerships, institutional outreach, and token distribution. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in crypto capital markets and experienced in delivering successful token launches across relevant channels. US-based candidates must be open to relocating to New York City in 2026/27.
