OverviewGeneral Manager - Best Western San Diego Zoo/SeaWorld Inn & Suites at Remington Hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a branded hotel environment, with Best Western brand experience highly preferred. This role requires a financially savvy leader who can read, interpret, and present financial data to ownership groups, corporate leadership, and stakeholders. The General Manager will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team performance across all hotel departments.Core RequirementsQualifications: at least 3 years of General Manager experience in a branded hotel; Best Western brand experience highly preferred; financially savvy with the ability to analyze revenue streams and expense categories, identify trends and variances, and make strategic decisions to improve margins; strong P&L understanding; ability to communicate financial performance clearly in meetings and reports.
