OverviewWe are seeking a People Partner in Work Dynamics supporting the Technology Division. This role requires a talented and experienced HR professional with a proven track record of pivoting between driving strategic talent initiatives and tactical day-to-day escalations. The People Partner will interface with and directly support executive account leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and day-to-day HR support to leadership teams, implementing talent strategy and developing the people agenda that drives business outcomes.Lead and manage HR team members to deliver exceptional employee experience in a heavily matrixed environment.Oversee the HR Operations team, responsible for all client facing reporting, extended workforce compliance, onboarding and equipment ordering, and support for all JLL vendors.Oversee the Learning and Development team, assisting in prioritizing development needs that align with the organization’s current and future needs.Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports produced by the PXP and HR Operations teams. Continuously monitors KPI metrics throughout each quarter and intervene when needed to ensure all HR KPIs are met.Drive the creation and execution of the annual People Plan for a global account, partnering with global HR teams, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and others, to drive key initiatives.Act as the key contact for the client’s extended workforce organization as a top supplier, partnering with our client on risk mitigation, ongoing program improvements, and key initiatives. Ensure JLL maintains our reputation as a responsible, ethical, and thought partner for their extended workforce needs.Oversee the account’s staffing plan, managing the compliance of headcount requests for both direct and indirect staff. Assists with building the annual staffing plan and budget and associated quarterly reforecasts.Develop proposals for new scopes of service and associated organizational changes, including insourcing work from vendors, expanding our scope of services, or re-organizing the team to better serve our client.Serve as the conduit between the account team, HR team, and client on key People initiatives, such as union activity and associated impacts, talent initiatives, and trends and proactive efforts to strengthen the workforce.Collaborate across functions and service lines to deliver a consistent and positive One JLL experience for team members.Operate as an objective and trusted advisor; provide appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually.Lead and coordinate talent management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning, across the business and within respective HR teams.Lead and coordinate talent goals, ensuring synergy with JLL wide priorities.Drive a culture of inclusion and belonging where every voice is heard.Partner with HR COEs to create and deliver best-in-class HR resources, processes and experiences.Ensure organizational structure is deployed efficiently and effectively, with ongoing focus to optimize the organization, including allocation management of team.Identify critical roles; assess bench strength; develop meaningful succession plans – within the HR team and the business.Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage complex employee matters and be the conduit to the business to reduce risk.Partner with Transitions team to successfully pitch and onboard new business.Support transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with focus on employee experience.Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee life cycle.Bring a global lens and thought partnership to support the globalization of the Industrials division.Navigate ambiguity to drive resultsSkills & CompetenciesLeadershipDrive growth by leading teams to deliver exceptional employee experienceDevelop influential relationships within business & HRGlobal mindset with understanding of organizational strategyReputation for integrity, ownership and accountabilityPassion for developing high performing teams through exceptional cultureProblem SolvingExcellent organizational skills with starter-finisher mentalityAbility to analyze and use data to inform decisions and tell convincing narrativesAdept at managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneouslyInterpersonal SkillsBuild robust relationships with high emotional intelligenceExceptional communication and influence skillsAbility to adjust communication styles to stakeholdersTrusted HR expert with meaningful relationshipsBusiness ExpertiseExperience delivering HR activities in complex organizationsSkilled in utilizing data and technology to drive business performanceExperience with M&A work - transition, expansion, acquisitionStakeholder ManagementBuild positive relationship with stakeholders to enhance partnershipAddress stakeholder concerns proactively to minimize conflict and potential riskFoster collaboration and information sharingExperience Requirements10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experienceEstablished leadership experience in matrix work environmentsProven history as trusted advisor to executive level stakeholdersDemonstrated results implementing strategic HR initiativesEstimated compensation for this position:120,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
