We need a CTO who can actually build this MVP, not just talk about it. This is not a “manager role.” This is a founder-builder role. You’ll be the engineer who codes, prototypes, and scales the tech backbone that redefines architecture.What You’ll Do (Roles)Architect & own the end-to-end product stack: AI model pipeline, 3D rendering, backend, API integrations, and deployment.Build the first MVP that converts text prompts into: 3D building models; Interior + landscaping renderings; AutoCAD files; Cost estimation reports.Set up data pipelines (training datasets: floorplans, BIM, AutoCAD, 3D assets).Integrate APIs for rendering, generative AI (OpenAI, Stability, Unity/Unreal APIs), and CAD exports.Lead tech stack decisions (Python, Firebase, Three.js/Blender, AutoCAD APIs, AWS/GCP).Build & lead a world-class engineering team (ML, full stack, AR/VR).You are the magnet for talent.
