OverviewSales/Business Development Leader (Neo Cloud/Hyperscaler) – Remote, USA. This role focuses on driving growth in the data center switching market by cultivating key accounts, building long-term partnerships, and positioning open-networking solutions as a top choice for enterprise and cloud customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the data center sector.Build, maintain, and grow executive-level relationships with major accounts, including Neo Cloud and hyperscalers.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored municate product value through compelling proposals, presentations, and solution selling.Negotiate and close agreements that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.QualificationsProven success as a sales executive, account director, or business development leader in data center networking or related industries.Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business.Strong network of client relationships within Neo Cloud, hyperscalers, and major data center customers.Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels, including C-suite decision makers.Expertise in the sales cycle from strategy to close, with strong business acumen in data center and networking solutions.Excellent leadership, mentoring, and relationship management skills.Job DetailsJob Title: Sales/Business Development Leader (Neo Cloud/Hyperscaler)Position Type: Full-timeLocation: Remote, USASalary Range: $150K-$200K base + 40-50% bonus/commissionsSalary Range (Base): $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrJob ID#: 148998About UsFounded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
