With 32 thriving learning centers across 5 districts and 3 states, we provide high-quality, personalized learning experiences that empower students to succeed in math. We're now seeking a strategic, growth-minded leader to take our regional operations to the next level. This is a senior leadership role that combines operational oversight, financial management, and people leadership, with the mission of driving excellence in education.The right candidate will bring a passion for kids and math, strong business acumen, and proven experience leading multi-unit teams in a high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Provide vision, direction, and accountability for 5 districts across 3 states, encompassing 32 centers.P&L Ownership: Direct responsibility for the company’s overall profit and loss performance, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.Team Management: Lead and support district managers to drive performance at the center level.Oversee the phone team to ensure effective lead management, enrollment conversion, and customer service excellence.Oversee the marketing team, ensuring innovative campaigns, brand consistency, and ROI-driven execution.Culture & Mission: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and passion for student success, with a special emphasis on creating a positive learning experience for kids in math.Operational Excellence: Implement best practices, streamline systems, and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent execution across all centers.Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to expand enrollment, optimize staffing, and drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes.QualificationsProven leadership experience overseeing multi-unit operations (preferably in education, franchising, or retail).Strong financial management skills with direct P&L responsibility.Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams across functions and geographies.Passion for education, kids, and math – with a track record of mission-driven leadership.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).Compensation & BenefitsTotal Compensation: Up to $180,000 per year (base salary + performance-based bonuses)Unlimited PTO – promoting work-life balance and flexibilityEmployer-subsidized medical Insurance401k optionsVoluntary dental/vision/supplementary coverageOpportunity to make a lasting impact on thousands of students while leading a passionate, high-performing team.ApplicationPlease apply through the official Careers page.
