ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.Advancement opportunities include progression from delivery driver to management, franchisee, or corporate operations addition: lead teams to achieve store goals, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold Domino/'s brand standards. QualificationsGeneral duties for all store team members: operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily.Training: Orientation and on-the-job training munication Skills: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone or in person.Essential Functions/Skills: arithmetic proficiency; ability to make correct monetary change; verbal and written communication; keyboard or touch screen order entry; strong eye–hand coordination.Work Conditions: ability to work in varying weather, maintain temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, sharp edges and moving parts.Sensing: talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.Temperaments: ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make decisions.Physical Requirements: standing, walking short distances, occasional sitting at a desk, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing/pulling, occasional climbing, stooping/bending, and repetitive motions related to pizza preparation and service.Additional details include dough shaping, use of pizza peels, box assembly, and handling various kitchen tools and equipment. Driving / DeliveryDeliver product by car and to customer door; deliver flyers and door hangers.Requires valid driver/'s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.Essential skills: navigational ability, ability to access delivery sites including multi-story buildings, and safe handling of deliveries.
