PACS Imaging Analyst

Skills Mandatory skills Hands-on experience with Imaging Informatics systems like PACS and PowerScribe. Strong troubleshooting skills in healthcare IT environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and incident management. Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams effectively. Good communication skills for stakeholder updates and collaboration. Good to have skills Knowledge of Epic and VNA workflows. Experience in healthcare data migration and clean-up tasks. Understanding of HL7/DICOM standards. Exposure to operational reporting and analytics. Prior involvement in KTLO (Keep the Lights On) support roles. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents related to Merge PACS, PowerScribe One/360, and Fuji Synapse. Collaborate with SMEs and vendors for application issue resolution and migration clean-up. Monitor and triage Imaging Informatics tickets throughout the day.
