Job Description

Overview Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Provides employment and recruitment services for exempt and non-exempt positions to attract and retain qualified employees. Builds partnerships with management to recruit top talent and develops recruiting strategies from tactical and strategic perspectives. Utilizes the applicant tracking system and analytical techniques to identify and resolve issues and demonstrate benefits to recruiting strategies. Acts as a lead consultant to the business about healthcare recruiting trends and business intelligence. Position Position: Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner Department: Talent Acquisition Schedule: Full Time Responsibilities Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR) strongly preferred. Experience: One to two years of HR experience required; one to two years of HR corporate or agency recruiting experience preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of high-volume recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt positions at all levels. Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred. Staffing agency and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience strongly preferred. Prior experience using an applicant tracking system is required. Experience with online and Internet recruiting is required. Experience with an HRIS system such as Workday is preferred. Knowledge & Skills: Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook. Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills. Ability to present new recruiting concepts to leadership. Critical thinking to balance business needs, competition, and resources. Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities. Professional and polished presentation skills; attention to detail and process orientation. Knowledge of affirmative action documentation and employment law is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced team or independent environment, with strategic and creative thinking.
