Overview CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to develop an employee facing mobile application in support of a potential contract supporting the US Coast Guard Office of Governmental Public Affairs (CG-092). This position is contingent on contract award. Anticipated salary range: $95,000 - $120,000. Responsibilities Responsibilities include developing an employee-facing mobile application and collaborating with the project team to meet contract requirements. Work Environment Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Physical Demands While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Travel 0-10% / Minimal travel. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, media, software development, or related field AND At least ten (10) years of relevant experience OR at least five (5) years of experience with a Master’s degree or higher in business, communications, media, software development, or related field. Experience with programming languages for mobile applications (i.e. Swift, Kotlin/Java). Experience with Frameworks and Libraries (i.e. React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, etc.). Proficiency with development environments such as Android Studio and Xcode. Understanding of design principles for mobile apps. Ability to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces. Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks. Skills in debugging and troubleshooting application issues. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. (Eligible to pass Federal security clearance process.) Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus. Professional proficiency in English is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID. More information about Real ID can be found on DHS and TSA sites.
