To learn more, please visit the Role:We are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to join our growing team. This role will support Business Development and Partnerships by shaping and delivering end-to-end solutions for new initiatives, ensuring that opportunities are translated into scalable, executable outcomes. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in early-stage discussions and deep internal collaboration—able to understand business requirements, streamline processes, and bring cross-functional teams together to deliver high-impact solutions.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Enablement: Translate business needs into structured requirements, bridging the gap between commercial goals and internal capabilities.Work with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, AML, Privacy, Risk, Operations, and other functions to design practical, scalable solutions.Develop playbooks, toolkits, and documentation to support repeatable go-to-market execution.Strategic Support: Partner with Business Development and Partnerships to evaluate opportunities and shape proposals.Participate in early-stage conversations with partners to help scope needs and align on potential approaches.Provide structured insights back to internal teams to inform prioritization and solution development.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a connector across multiple business units, aligning diverse stakeholders around common goals.Identify and resolve friction points in internal processes to accelerate execution.Drive consistency in how solutions are designed, communicated, and delivered across the organization.Execution & Delivery Support: Manage initiatives from concept through launch readiness, coordinating dependencies across teams.Track progress against milestones, flag risks, and ensure accountability.Support post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Strong understanding of complex ecosystems and ability to translate evolving market opportunities into actionable plans.Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Strong communicator, able to work across levels and functions with clarity and fortable engaging externally in early-stage discussions as well as working deeply with internal teams.Language Proficiency: Full fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills is a dustry Expertise: Broad understanding of payment processing, transaction systems, and fintech ecosystems, with the ability to connect commercial goals to technical and operational realities.Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for managing and resolving complex operational challenges, with the ability to balance business needs and compliance requirements.Collaborative Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal stakeholders.Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements for scalable anized & Detail-Oriented: Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the capability to prioritize effectively in high-demand environments.Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to payments, AML, privacy, risk management, and compliance to ensure that all activities align with requirements.Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adjusting to shifting priorities, and flexing schedules to enable global collaboration, including travel as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
