The Security Specialist will provide direct security support to a robust classified program requiring enhanced security processes and procedures. The position requires a self-motivated candidate that can work in an independent or team environment. The candidate will be required to partner with the program team to develop and implement processes and procedures for the program. Work within a collaborative team environment and take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions to effectively communicate information to various audiences. Leverage expertise with US government security policies and procedures as it relates to the personnel security program.What You/'ll DoProvide dedicated program security support on assigned classified contracts. Security support will include personnel and physical security for program personnel, spaces, and activitiesEnsure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, and applicable customer-specific security requirementsEngage and advise the Program Security Lead on security related initiatives by identifying issues that potentially impact business operationsAssist in preparation of transportation and various security plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), as required for the movement, transportation, delivery, storage, and operation of classified information and hardware to domestic locationsAssist Program Security Lead with creating and executing a robust and comprehensive security education programReport and investigate security incidents specific to their assigned program and recommend mitigations to the FSO and program security leadDevelop, implement and administer an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulationsAssist mission assurance team with deploying classified systems in secure spacesAssist the FSO in managing semi-annual alarm/guard response testing, physical security checks and onsite tasks as needed. Maintain cleared/uncleared visitor logs and perform entry and exit inspectionsProvide employees with personnel security guidance as mandated by SEAD 3 reporting requirements and assist with managing new employee clearance requests and updatesCoordinate classified meetings requiring VARs; liaison between Security Services and Anduril meeting hosts to facilitate meetingsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma and five years of industrial security-related experienceExceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to achieve goals and targets while handling multiple tasksExperience with conducting security briefings, debriefings and have the ability to clearly explain security processes and proceduresExperience implementing multiple security disciplines to include Personnel, Physical, Communications and Operations Security programs and requirementsAbility to communicate and interact professionally and courteously both orally and in writing with all levels of employees, management and customersReliable attendance and punctuality.
