Follow Shield AI on LinkedIn, X and Instagram.What You'll do:Contribute to White Papers, Request For Information Responses, Contract review, and Proposals.Generate and deliver technical briefings tailored to customer needs.Become a user of the Hivemind enterprise software stack and an expert in Hivemind Solutions.Support the development and execution of demos.Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Hivemind demos.Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer feedback and improve products.Visit customers on site globally to support presales activities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong technical writing skills.5+ years of experience of industry experienceTechnical background in software termediate proficiency in writing modern C++ termediate proficiency in writing Python termediate proficiency with Linux operating systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsUSG Security ClearancePreferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a presales/solutions engineering role3+ years of experience working in a startup environment.Experience in the defense aviation, autonomy, or robotics industry.Full-time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + EquityTemporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
