OverviewThe Cybersecurity Operations Director will provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of technical resources. The Cybersecurity Operations Director will oversee the design of detection and response platforms while incorporating best practices.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction and leadership to the Cybersecurity Operations DomainWork with leaders and team members at all levels across functional lines of businessPartner with subject matter experts to improve information security patterns and servicesOther duties as assigned.Basic QualificationsBachelor/'s Degree OR 10 yrs of experience in Information Security, preferably in the Operations domainMin 4 yrs of experience with Network Defense solutionsMin 4 yrs of experience in a Leadership roleHands-on enhancing SOC operationsHands-on in SIEM, SOAR, implementing MITRE ATT&CK FrameworkPreferred Qualificationsstrong written and verbal communication skillsproven experience building effective working relationships with othersFinancial background with experiences in information securityAbility to foster an inclusive and innovative working environment within the analytics team and across businessesDemonstrated negotiation, influencing, partnership & presentation/communication skillsAbility to understand business challenges and translate them into value-added, data-driven solutionsWillingness and ability to learn new technologies on the jobDemonstrated ability to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiencesProven creative thinking and problem-solving skillsManagement experience with strong coaching and mentoring skills to lead teams within a culture of trust and inclusivitySelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills, able to coordinate multiple projects, and flexible at adjusting assigned priorities when neededExempt StatusExempt Status: Yes = not eligible for overtime pay, No = eligible for overtime payWorkplace TypeOfficeOur approach to Office Workplace Type: Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and work from home.
