This is a 12 month contract-to-hire and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies. Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (e.g. H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, tailored to wealth management, insurance, and distribution channels.Lead the Salesforce strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, compliance, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.Design and optimize client lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, relationship management, policy servicing, and advisor tegrate Salesforce with core financial systems, data platforms, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.Ensure platform security, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FINRA, SEC, NAIC).Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, proactively recommending enhancements.Required Qualifications8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years with Financial Services Cloud.Proven experience in wealth management, insurance, and sales distribution domains.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integration patterns.Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio.Experience with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Analytics, and is a plus.Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or FSC Accredited Professional.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with advisor platforms, CRM, policy administration systems, and distribution enablement tools.Familiarity with compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations.Background in enterprise architecture or solution architecture within financial services firms.Agile delivery experience and familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g. Copado) and CI/CD pipelines.Employment DetailsLocation: Hybrid in Boston or Springfield, MA or New York, NY.Employment type: W2; No Corp-to-Corp.Salary range and candidate location postings may be listed separately.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Jobs via Dice by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
